Profile Picture
When someone looks at your feed, your profile picture is the first image that tells your new visitor what you and your brand are all about. Single Image & Video Posts
Instagram posts currently represent the bulk of Instagram content. These are the traditional square-, landscape-, and portrait- images, as well as video posts that will appear in your followers' feeds.

Carousel Posts
Carousel allow you to include more than one image or video (up to 10) so you can tell a deeper story or showcase more of your products. Carousel ads are the same dimensions as standard posts as long as all the slides are the same size.

Stories
Instagram Stories are vertical photos, or videos of up to 15 seconds, that disappear 24 hours after posting. Instead of being displayed in your feed, they're displayed at the top of an active user's app when they're logged in and are tapped through to view.
WHAT TO POST: Promote services, promotion reminders, personal content, interactive content, behind the scenes, daily life etc.
IGTV
Instagram TV, which we all know as IGTV, allows creators to upload high-quality, long-form, vertical videos. IGTV allows Instagram users to create channels where they can upload videos between 15 seconds and 10 minutes long. In fact, larger accounts can upload videos that are up to 60 minutes long.
WHAT TO POST: IG Live - Q&A, Live Training; + Long format videos like interviews, walkthroughs, product demos etc.
Reels
Reels are short, entertaining videos on Instagram that allows you to express your creativity and bring your brand to life. Online users come to Reels to participate in cultural trends, collaborate with a given community and discover new ideas.
